Wheelio is a free, browser-based spinning wheel application that allows users to create customizable random picker wheels. The Service runs entirely in the user's browser and does not require account registration. Core features include:

The Wheelio name, logo, design, and source code are the property of the Wheelio team. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without permission, except for using the provided embed feature as intended.

Content you create on Wheelio (wheel labels, configurations) remains entirely yours. We do not claim any ownership over user-generated content.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• • Results produced by the wheel are suitable for any specific legal, regulatory, or contractual purpose

While Wheelio uses cryptographically secure random number generation, the results should not be used as a substitute for certified random draws where legally required.
